another one… cute sun conure
UPDATE* apparently in pet stores they put them in glass cages so that they’ll “play”… if they are in cages with perches they wont do the cute foot/rollover thing.

I think its a jandaya Conure, suns and jandaya look practicly the same only jandaya have green wings and suns have golden. but the good news is that they are both great pets. im trying to look for the sunda conure. the sun and jan breeded conure.

well, this pet …
well, this pet store is a very nice place, usually very devoted pet owners go there. plus the birds are pretty expensive, i dont think a bad owner would pay alot of $ for a bird that they will mistreat.

Cute bird, but he should be in a cage with a perch, and glass cages aren’t good, but they prevent people from poking the birds and sticking stuff thru the bars. But still, a normal cage would be better.

but theres nothing wrong with there window cages that there in. they enjoy it just fine and they can sleep on there backs so they dont need perches…just toys

I own a bird who’s …
I own a bird who’s entire habitat has been wiped out and the only way they still survive is by human breeding. I love my Goffin and I do agree that not all bird should be in cages I must say that without good people interfering, the bird I own today would be extinct, and so I do my best as her owner to give her the love and devotion she needs.

I have owned two …
I have owned two large birds in my life. One was a sun conure, Phoenix, who passed away a few months ago, and the other is my Gemeni, who is in fact a Goffin atoo. Out of the two I would have to say the Goffin is much louder, and she is just a baby.

i would have bought …
i would have bought him right there and then. sometimes when you buy a sun conure you have to train them to behave a little bit, and it’s rare to have one so tame! they are expensive though, not to mention noisy as itself, but worth it when you become attached.

That was how I …
That was how I bought my Sun Conure Jupiter, at Petco, there was such a sweetness and connection with him. So glad he’s ours today, he just turned 1 year old. Sun Conures are very cute, and loud.

I never like to see …
