which bird cage is better for amazon?!?!?

I am getting my amazon back but he needs a new cage there are 2 i like but cant decide also if it help he needs a playtop cage you cant hold him(working on it) and he has always spent alot of time on top of his cage
I love both of these and got my macaw one from the same company but can decide

harley drive its not cruel unless its locked up all day which he wont be i am only in class 4 hours of the day home the rest and have 2 other parrot all of which spend all day out of there cage
There’s not that much difference. I’d probably go with the first, because it offers more play area up top. They both have smaller doors than I’d prefer (for ease of cleaning), but look otherwise well designed. Good luck on the re-training. We’ve rescued two amazons - both bit when we got them. It took quite a while to get them over it, but you can.

Is there any website where you can get free bird/ hamster cages, where they will send you the cage to your home address?
First can I ask you where did i state that i was getting a hamster or bird.
If you can’t afford a cage how will you be able to keep a pet!
